The backcountry continues to be not advised as things are very firm and are as hard as rock. It’s a good day for lift service skiing on the groomers, skinning Easy Mile or hitting the local cross-country networks. But have no fear, the forecast looks very promising for a return to winter and bringing the backcountry back full circle. Snow will start this evening and will really come into play Thursday and Friday. Forecasted amounts are a foot plus in total over the two days, lets see what Mother Nature brings us but we are excited for our first significant snow in quite some time. Join us tomorrow for our weekly Rise and Grind community skin up Nosedive, brought to you by Kate’s Real Food bars out of Jackson, Wyoming. All participants will receive a free bar once you reach the top. Meet at the Mountain Ops van at 5:45am in the Midway parking lot closest to the snow for a prompt 6am start. Pray for snow and hope to see you tomorrow!
