The calm before the storm.  The mountain received 2” last night which made for a very pleasant and grippy climb up for our weekly Rise and Grind community skin up Nosedive this morning.  We were greeted with another beautiful sunrise once again as we await the big storm coming over the next few days starting this evening. Upwards of a foot or more is being forecasted, which will certainly open the backcountry flood gates once again for exploring and finding fresh turns.  For today it is still advised to stay out of the backcountry due to very firm conditions, but its game on as of tomorrow!
