The G3 Zed 9 Binding is the perfect AT clamp for lighter skiers who don’t need a high release setting.  Designed and built offering the same features as the higher release range Zed 12 binding, it offers a release range of 3-9 and is fined tuned for lighter weight.  Weighing in at only 345 grams per binding with no leash or brake, this is a great binding for women, or tweener or teenage skiers looking to earn their turns.  For touring performance, the heel risers are among the best in the business and the bindings design allows for minimum ice and snow build up.  With an 8.5-millimeter range of forward pressure for consistent release, it will appeal to wide range of advanced skiers. The heel turret can be turned in either direction for touring, and as long as you can reach your skins, the binding allows you to take your skins off without taking your skis off for faster transitions. And once you are ready to descend, the   Zed 12 gives you ample power and precision from the boot to the binding, to the ski for seamless turning capability.  Optional brakes and crampons can be purchased separately.
