RETURN POLICY
MountainOps is here to please you. If, after use, an item is unsatisfactory in any way, please call us and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem.
With a few exceptions:Â (note that we do not accept returns on sale items, base layers, swimwear, heat molded boots, drilled skis or bindings that have been mounted) all purchases may be returned within 14 days for full refund. Between 15 and 30 days from purchase, items may be exchanged or store credit will be issued on returns. Â Please note that there is up to a $30 restocking fee on returned clothing, skis, and boots. and a $100 restocking fee will be charged on returned bicycles. The item must be in unused condition and in original packaging and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Â Note that we are responsible for return shipping costs and the restocking fee will be waived if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Â You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.Â
Sale Items :Â All sales of items from the clearance page marked as or "on sale" are final.
Price Match Policy
Found a lower price on an item we carry? Let us know and we'll match it! If you find the exact same product (same model year, color, size, etc) in stock on a competitor's site at a lower price we will happily match it.
The lower price must be listed on a valid, US retailer's website. Shipping charges associated with the purchase of the item effected by the price match on the competitor's site, if applicable, may be included in the price matched price. Price matching does not apply to Amazon.com, auction sites like eBay or classified sites like Craigslist. We can not apply a coupon code to a price matched item. If you have both a coupon code and an approved price match, we will apply the better of the two deals to that item.
