Innovative Materials and Construction:

• Algal Core: Combines microalgae-derived high-density polyurethane with domestically sourced aspen. This unique blend reduces weight and offers superior damping properties, enhancing stability and intuitive handling compared to traditional solid wood cores.

• Algal Wall: Made from cast polyurethane derived from microalgae oil, providing dramatically better damping than conventional ABS plastic sidewalls. This results in less chatter without adding extra weight.

• 2025 Spiral Plate: Features our thinnest (3mm) binding insert yet, offering approximately 47% better binding screw retention strength compared to maple inserts. This advancement minimizes disruption to the ski core’s natural flex profile, allowing for a more consistent flex from tip to tail.

• Sustainability: Our materials not only improve performance but also contribute to environmental sustainability by diverting landfill waste and reducing the use of virgin materials.
