Constructed from high-quality carbon, the Carbon Probe 240 Light boasts a stiff yet lightweight build.

Equipped with a glove-friendly, high-tensile telescopic locking system, the ergonomic handle securely locks the probe in place quickly and reliably. An enhanced 360-degree visual depth guide provides critical information immediately. The ergonomic handle can be conveniently clipped onto the extended probe, keeping it out of the way during use.

Designed for efficiency, the shaped tip effortlessly cuts through debris, conserving energy while probing. The bottom section of the probe is highlighted in orange for quick visual reference as you approach a buried victim. In urgent situations where every second matters, our avalanche equipment adheres to the highest safety standards. All Mammut avalanche probes are UIAA certified, ensuring efficient rescues, durability, and ergonomic handling. The probe measures 38 cm when collapsed and extends to 240 cm, and it includes a cover featuring an integrated emergency plan.
