Fast turnaround. All orders ship by end of business the next day, via UPS or USPS. For 2-Day or Overnight service, please call us at (802) 253-4531.
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada at separate rates; contact the shop for details. We do not ship outside the US and Canada.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If, after use, an item is unsatisfactory in any way, please call us and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem.

Holiday gift exception. Buying early for holiday gifts? We extend the return window to 60 days, through the holidays. If it isn't the right fit, please send it back promptly. Holiday returns must be in the mail by the first week of January.
Buying ski boots? We strongly recommend visiting a boot fitter before purchasing, unless you know your size because you're reordering a model you already wear. Used ski boots cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Restocking fees are waived if the return is the result of our error.
Clearance & sale itemsClearance and sale items can be returned for store credit only.
Final Sale Items
These items can never be returned, whether full price, sale or clearance.
We cannot accept returns of:
- Base layers
- Used ski boots
- Heat-molded boots
- Drilled skis
- Mounted bindings

Refunds typically arrive within three weeks.
