The women's Hawx Prime 95 BOA is a medium-volume all-mountain boot on a 100mm last with a 95 flex. Prolite construction keeps it light and reinforces the zones that matter. There are no buckles on the shell at all: a BOA dial micro-adjusts the fit. The soft Mimic Silver Liner heat-moulds, Memory Fit customises shell and cuff, and a Flex Control screw on the spine adds or removes stiffness.
Ninety-five flex is a moderate boot, and a strong skier driving a wide ski will overpower it even with the flex screw in. There is no walk mode either. In exchange it is genuinely comfortable in a way stiffer boots are not.
For women skiing all-mountain terrain who want to stay out all day. Aggressive skiers or anyone touring should look higher in the range.
Shell sizing is by full size, so 24/24.5 is one boot. The cuff is lower with more leg volume for women's calves, and the AFS spoiler pops out for more room.
This is the boot that keeps people on the hill until last chair instead of bailing at two, which is worth more than a flex number.
Ski boots are sized in Mondopoint, based on the length of your foot in centimeters. The chart below is a general reference for converting between sizing systems.
This chart is not a fitting. The only way to know your ski boot size is to be fit in person, either with a Boot Fitting at our shop or from a professional fitting you have had elsewhere. Sizing, shape, and volume vary by brand and model, and a performance fit is snugger than your street shoe. Unworn boots can be returned under our return policy, but a boot that doesn't fit can be a big hassle for your trip if you haven't tried it on.

Half Sizes
Ski boots are built with one shell for each full and half size, so a 27 and a 27.5 are the same boot with a different liner or footboard. That is why sizes are listed together, like 27/27.5.
Very few models differ from this. Scarpa is the main exception, pairing sizes the other way (for example, 26.5/27 share a shell). When a model is sized differently, we call it out on that product's page.
