The Phaenom FS 01 120 is a modern freeski boot built for skiers who want power without punishment and precision without excess. Designed from the ground up around freeski performance, this boot balances flex perfection, shock absorption, and clean simplicity—so you can ski harder, longer, and with more control. It’s an all-mountain weapon that feels equally confident charging groomers, navigating variable snow, or stomping landings in the park or backcountry.
At the heart of the FS 01 120 is its hybrid cabrio / overlap construction, a clever fusion that delivers the best of both worlds. You get the snug fit and edge control typically found in overlap boots, paired with the smooth, progressive flex of a 3-piece design. The result is a flex that ramps up naturally, absorbs impact intuitively, and stays predictable at speed—exactly what a 120-flex freeski boot should do.
Innovation continues underfoot and up top. The patent-pending Phaenom Strap is engineered from a single recyclable material to provide rebound, damping, and precise flex control in one elegant solution. Paired with a shock-absorbing sole that filters both high- and low-frequency vibrations, the FS 01 120 reduces fatigue and softens landings without dulling snow feel. Finished in a purposeful all-black design, every component is built to be repairable, reusable, and recyclable—performance-forward with a future-facing mindset.

Ski boots are sized in Mondopoint, based on the length of your foot in centimeters. The chart below is a general reference for converting between sizing systems.
This chart is not a fitting. The only way to know your ski boot size is to be fit in person, either with a Boot Fitting at our shop or from a professional fitting you have had elsewhere. Sizing, shape, and volume vary by brand and model, and a performance fit is snugger than your street shoe. Unworn boots can be returned under our return policy, but a boot that doesn't fit can be a big hassle for your trip if you haven't tried it on.

Half Sizes
Ski boots are built with one shell for each full and half size, so a 27 and a 27.5 are the same boot with a different liner or footboard. That is why sizes are listed together, like 27/27.5.
Very few models differ from this. Scarpa is the main exception, pairing sizes the other way (for example, 26.5/27 share a shell). When a model is sized differently, we call it out on that product's page.
