Born in North America and crafted in Austria, the Atomic Maverick 96 CTI is built for skiers who see the entire mountain as their canvas. With a 96mm waist and a design tuned for power and precision, it thrives on hardpack, dominates variable snow, and floats with ease when the powder piles up. From high-speed groomer laps to off-piste exploration, this ski is as confident as it is capable — smooth, fast, and unshakably stable.
The CTI Powered Construction blends the perfect mix of carbon and titanal to achieve the sweet spot between stiffness and flex. This translates to enhanced stability from tip to tail and a more connected snow feel underfoot. The Power Woodcore, crafted from ash and poplar, dampens vibrations at speed while maintaining an energetic, responsive flex. Atomic’s HRZN 3D Tip increases surface area for more float and control in deep or variable snow, letting you transition seamlessly from packed runs to natural terrain.
Built with All-Mountain Rocker (20/65/15) and a Directional Shape, the Maverick 96 CTI holds an edge like a carving ski yet releases effortlessly when the terrain gets technical. A durable Dura Cap Sidewall construction enhances grip and longevity, and the Matte Topsheet gives the ski a refined, stealthy look. To top it off, a low-impact build process cuts CO₂ equivalent emissions by 16%, proving performance and sustainability can carve the same line.

Quick Rule
- Beginner: ski tip around your chin. Shorter skis turn easily.
- Intermediate: tip between your nose and forehead.
- Advanced: tip around the top of your head, for stability at speed.
- Expert: about 5cm longer than advanced, for hard charging and big-mountain terrain.
Adjust For
- Go longer: heavier build, fast skiing, deep snow, lots of tip rocker.
- Go shorter: lighter build, tight trees and moguls, uphill touring.
- Telemark: if you want a ski for tele, we recommend going down about 10cm from the length you normally like.
