Ortovox 185 Rock'N'Wool Short Pants W 24/25

The Ortovox 185 Rock'N'Wool Short Pants are a women's 3/4-length base layer bottom made from 100% virgin merino wool at 185 g/m2. Ortovox uses extremely soft 19-micron fibers, so the fabric is itch-free, and it weighs about 142 g.

The trade-off with a 3/4 length is coverage. It stops above the boot cuff, so nothing bunches up inside your ski boots, but it leaves your lower leg to your ski socks.

It is for ski touring and freeride days, where merino's moisture and temperature regulation helps on the climb and keeps you comfortable on the descent. It also neutralizes odors on multi-day trips.

It has a regular fit and comes in sizes XS to XL. The split design and multi-colored twisted yarn give it a distinctive look.

We think this is one of the best base layers for touring days in the Green Mountains, from the first skin to the last turn.
