The fourth iteration of Black Crows’ all-terrain cornerstone arrives sharper, quicker, and more intuitive than ever. The new Camox builds on its freestyle-influenced personality with a refined 18 m radius, a more even and responsive flex, and a pivot that feels instantly accessible in any snow. Its 97 mm waist hits the sweet spot between playful versatility and dependable stability, making it an ideal companion for skiers who refuse to choose between groomers, trees, wind-buff, or a few laps hunting side hits.
A double-rocker profile keeps the ski loose and maneuverable, offering easy pivoting and fluid steering in tight terrain, while the classic medium camber underfoot maintains reliable edge hold and smooth pressure distribution across firm snow. The updated slightly shorter sidecut enhances responsiveness, giving the ski a lively, precise feel when carving and linking turns at a range of speeds. Underfoot, an ash reinforcement pocket boosts power transmission and dampens chatter, keeping the Camox anchored and composed even as terrain gets choppy.
The new flex pattern—tolerant, progressive, and evenly distributed—makes the Camox feel confident yet forgiving, able to handle variable conditions without punishing the skier. Its versatile character shines whether you’re airing off natural features, slicing clean arcs on groomers, or navigating mixed snow in the bowls. The new Camox isn’t just an update—it’s a re-tuned classic, blending smooth power with modern agility to elevate the ski’s signature all-mountain personality.

Quick Rule
- Beginner: ski tip around your chin. Shorter skis turn easily.
- Intermediate: tip between your nose and forehead.
- Advanced: tip around the top of your head, for stability at speed.
- Expert: about 5cm longer than advanced, for hard charging and big-mountain terrain.
Adjust For
- Go longer: heavier build, fast skiing, deep snow, lots of tip rocker.
- Go shorter: lighter build, tight trees and moguls, uphill touring.
- Telemark: if you want a ski for tele, we recommend going down about 10cm from the length you normally like.
