The Lange Shadow 95 LV redefines what an approachable performance ski boot can be. Designed for beginner-to-intermediate skiers with narrow feet, it delivers surprising power and control in a flex that remains forgiving, warm, and easy to live with all day.

Built around Lange’s innovative Assisted Performance System, the Shadow 95 LV amplifies your input through a combination of Dual Pivot and Suspension Blade technologies. The result is smoother flex, enhanced shock absorption, and up to 26% more effective power transfer—helping you ski stronger and longer with less effort.

The low-volume 97mm Precision Fit shell provides a secure, locked-in feel through the heel and ankle, while remaining comfortable through the instep and forefoot. A heat-moldable, one-piece liner with an asymmetrical toe box eliminates pressure points and adapts naturally to your foot shape over time. Compared to traditional low-volume boots, the Shadow 95 LV is easier to put on, warmer on cold days, and far more forgiving—making it an ideal step up from rental boots or softer recreational models.

If you’re looking for a boot that builds confidence, rewards progression, and offers real Lange performance without intimidation, the Shadow 95 LV hits the sweet spot.

Assisted Performance System

An innovative combination of Dual Pivot and Suspension Blade technologies that mechanically amplifies skier input, delivering more power, smoother flex, and reduced fatigue.

Dual Pivot Design

Widely spaced pivot points create a mechanical advantage that engages the full length of the boot, improving power transfer and ski control with less effort.

Suspension Blade

An external spine connects the upper and lower shell, allowing them to move together. This enhances shock absorption, stabilizes flex, and improves rebound for a smoother, more controlled ride.

One-Piece Heat-Moldable Liner

Seamless padding from foot to cuff ensures consistent comfort, while the heat-moldable construction customizes fit over time.

Asymmetrical Toe Box

An anatomically shaped toe box removes pressure across the toes, improving circulation and comfort—especially noticeable on longer ski days.

Women’s-Specific Fit

A shorter, reshaped cuff and adapted shell geometry accommodate women’s lower leg anatomy for improved balance, stance, and comfort.

Ski boots are sized in Mondopoint, based on the length of your foot in centimeters. The chart below is a general reference for converting between sizing systems.

This chart is not a fitting. The only way to know your ski boot size is to be fit in person, either with a Boot Fitting at our shop or from a professional fitting you have had elsewhere. Sizing, shape, and volume vary by brand and model, and a performance fit is snugger than your street shoe. Unworn boots can be returned under our return policy, but a boot that doesn't fit can be a big hassle for your trip if you haven't tried it on.

Half Sizes

Ski boots are built with one shell for each full and half size, so a 27 and a 27.5 are the same boot with a different liner or footboard. That is why sizes are listed together, like 27/27.5.

Very few models differ from this. Scarpa is the main exception, pairing sizes the other way (for example, 26.5/27 share a shell). When a model is sized differently, we call it out on that product's page.
