The outer shell is crafted from a 3-layer recycled stretch nylon, laminated with a high-performance waterproof membrane and finished with a PFAS-free DWR treatment. This construction creates a reliable barrier against wind, snow, and driving moisture while maintaining excellent air permeability for active comfort. The stretch structure moves naturally with the body, supporting dynamic turns, boot packs, and technical descents.

Inside, Montura’s advanced insulation mapping ensures warmth exactly where it’s needed. Lightweight Comfortemp® synthetic insulation provides consistent thermal coverage through the body, while Polartec® Alpha® Direct insulation at the back enhances breathability and moisture release during high-output skiing. The result is even heat distribution without bulk, cold spots, or overheating—ideal for lift laps, sidecountry hikes, and variable winter conditions.

An athletic, ergonomic fit layers cleanly over mid-layers without restricting movement. Functional ski-ready details include a zip-off elasticated snow gaiter, adjustable hood, cuffs, and hem, and a thoughtfully organized pocket layout with dedicated ski-pass storage.
