The BCA Stash 12 is a compact, minimalist pack for lift-accessed and close-in backcountry skiing and riding. It holds 11.5 liters, weighs about 724 g and is built from recycled 600d ripstop with DWR-coated YKK zippers.

The trade-off is capacity. Twelve liters is enough for your avalanche tools, a layer, water and snacks, but not for big touring days. For sidecountry laps and short tours, the small size is exactly the point.

It has a dedicated sleeve for your shovel and probe, diagonal ski carry and vertical snowboard carry, a small zippered front pocket, hydration compatibility and BC Link radio integration. It is back protector compatible too.

It is one size, fitting torso lengths from 15 to 21 inches.

We think the Stash 12 is a great pack for lapping the gates off the Stowe gondola and quick dawn patrol tours.
