BSMP Endurance Skins 140mm 25/26

The Big Sky Mountain Products Endurance Skins use a 65/35 mohair and nylon blend plush that combines mohair's glide with nylon's grip and durability. They're backed by a self-renewing adhesive designed to perform reliably in extreme cold and through many transitions. BSMP has tested this skin in Antarctica, on Denali, and on 8,000 m Himalayan peaks.

The trade-off with a mohair blend is that you're trading a bit of grip and long-term toughness compared to an all-nylon skin in exchange for faster, easier glide on long approaches.

These are for ski mountaineers, expedition skiers, and anyone putting in long tours where efficiency and reliability both matter, from big days in the Greens to trips farther afield.

This is the 140 mm wide version, made to cover the base of wide touring and powder skis. The skins come pre-assembled, ready to be fit to your skis.

We think the Endurance is a great all-around touring skin that glides well, grips when it counts, and holds up for big days in the mountains.
