Hybrid XC Gloves 26/27

The Hybrid XC Glove is Auclair's Nordic ski glove: a water-resistant nylon shell, a durable Amara palm for grip on ski poles, and EC Thinsulate insulation, rated at warmth level 2.

Warmth level 2 is the honest trade-off. Cross-country skiing makes a lot of heat, and a heavy alpine glove turns into a sweaty mess on a climb. This glove stays light and breathable so your hands stay comfortable while you work. On a truly frigid, slow day you may want the mitt version instead.

It is for classic and skate skiers, snowshoers and winter runners who need grip on a pole and do not want bulk. A soft brushed tricot lining, a rib cuff, a pull tab for a secure fit and a soft nose-wipe thumb round it out.

Choose your usual glove size. A close fit gives the best feel on the pole grip.

This is our go-to glove for laps on the trails around Stowe, light enough to forget you have it on.
