The Mammut Aenergy Light ML Half Zip Pull is a women's grid fleece built for hiking, ski touring and multisport days across the seasons. It is made from recycled Polartec PowerGrid (91% polyester, 9% spandex), which gives lightweight insulation and wicks moisture, at a weight of 5.78 ounces. A long half-length zipper makes it easy to pull on and dumps heat fast, and it adds a bonded zippered chest pocket and flatlock seams.

The trade-off is that this is a light, breathable layer rather than a warm standalone jacket. Grid fleece shines when you are moving and sweating, but on a cold, still chairlift ride it works best under a shell or insulated layer.
