The women's zip-in bib. Stretch flex1 fabric that adds bib coverage to compatible lofoten pants and zips back out when you don't want it.
Cheaper and more flexible than owning both a pant and a dedicated bib, and lighter than either when the weather turns. On a deep day the bib keeps snow out of your layers when you go down in it. On a warm spring afternoon it's in the truck.
Compatibility is the thing to confirm first. Not every lofoten pant accepts the zip-in and the attachment has changed across model years. Bring your pants in or check the model before ordering.
Size it to the pant rather than to yourself. The stretch in the flex1 fabric gives some tolerance but it won't rescue a mismatch, and a bib that fights you at the shoulders is a bib you stop wearing.
