Progress like this doesn’t happen overnight. It’s earned—through patience, restraint, and an unwavering commitment to refinement. The Women’s Vector ACE is not an iteration. It’s a culmination.

Built on Voilé’s new ACE platform, this ski pairs a continuous sidewall with a bomb-proof maple mounting patch to create a ride that is lighter, stronger, and more composed than any Vector before it. That’s no small feat for a ski already revered as a couloir and corn-season staple. The result is exceptional edge control, remarkable dampening, and a calm confidence when terrain turns steep, firm, or consequential.

Ultralight on the skin track and unflinchingly stable on the descent, the Vector ACE transforms variable conditions into opportunity. It rewards precision, holds its line under pressure, and delivers a powerful, directional feel that inspires trust when it matters most.

This is the Vector—evolved from reliable to truly remarkable.

Construction

ACE Series
Partial Cap with Continuous Sidewall / Paulownia / Double Carbon / Maple Mounting Patch

Voilé’s lightest and most damp platform to date. A paulownia core keeps weight to a minimum, while the continuous sidewall enhances edge hold and vibration control. Dual layers of Carbon-Weave and a maple mounting patch deliver precision, durability, and total binding confidence.

Technologies

  • Anti-Ice Topsheet – Textured polyamide reduces snow and ice buildup on long, cold tours

  • Continuous TPU Sidewall – Improves edging power, vibration dampening, and consistent flex

  • Paulownia Wood Core – Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio for efficient, agile touring

  • Maple Mounting Patch – Superior binding pull-out resistance and long-term durability; telemark compatible

  • Voilé Carbon-Weave x2 – Dual layers balance lightweight responsiveness with stability and energy transfer

  • Triaxial Fiberglass – Balanced torsional stiffness for precise, predictable edge control

  • Full-Contact Steel Edge – Hand-shaped steel edges for confidence on firm and icy snow

  • Sintered Black Base – High-density base for speed, durability, and seamless repairs

Quick Rule

  • Beginner: ski tip around your chin. Shorter skis turn easily.
  • Intermediate: tip between your nose and forehead.
  • Advanced: tip around the top of your head, for stability at speed.
  • Expert: about 5cm longer than advanced, for hard charging and big-mountain terrain.

Adjust For

  • Go longer: heavier build, fast skiing, deep snow, lots of tip rocker.
  • Go shorter: lighter build, tight trees and moguls, uphill touring.
  • Telemark: if you want a ski for tele, we recommend going down about 10cm from the length you normally like.
