Women's tamok dri3 bibs. Norrøna's own three-layer waterproof membrane in a freeride-cut bib with a fuller fit than the lofoten line.
Bibs solve the deep-day problem that no pant fully solves. If you ski a lot of powder, or you spend time on the ground in it, the coverage is worth the extra step in the bathroom — and Norrøna has designed for that, so it's less of an ordeal than bibs used to be.
Dri3 rather than GORE-TEX is the trade you're making, and it's a reasonable one. Norrøna builds the membrane themselves and warranties it. For weekend skiing you're unlikely to find its limit. Under a heavy pack five days a week, GORE-TEX Pro is more durable.
The tamok cut runs fuller than lofoten. That's a real difference and it's worth trying both, because it's the thing you notice every day rather than the membrane spec you never think about again.
