The Blizzard Anomaly 94 is the all-mountain and big-mountain ski that takes over from the much-loved Bonafide 97. It is built on a rocker-camber-rocker profile with camber underfoot and a partial twin tail, and Blizzard increased the tip rocker to help it handle variable snow.
Under the topsheet is a Trueblend All Mountain Woodcore of beech and poplar, tuned to each length, with a multi-segmented FluxForm Titanal laminate made up of two side strips and an underfoot plate. Full-length ABS sidewalls and a sintered graphite base finish it off.
The trade-off with a metal-laced, mid-90s ski is that it rewards a skier who drives it. Compared with the Bonafide it is more maneuverable at slow and medium speeds, yet it still wants a confident pilot to get the most out of its high-speed stability.
It suits intermediate to advanced skiers who want one ski for the whole mountain, from firm groomers to chopped-up soft snow. Lengths run 164 to 188 cm, and most skiers choose between chin and forehead height.
For charging the whole mountain from first chair to last, the Anomaly 94 is a powerful, confidence-inspiring ski we love to hand out.
Tech Features
Rocker Camber Rocker
Rocker in the tip and tail makes the ski easy to steer and floats it in powder, while camber underfoot grips on firm snow.
TrueBlend All Mountain Core
Beech and poplar, tuned for each Anomaly or Black Pearl model and length.
FluxForm
Two titanal strips run the length of the ski and taper toward the ends, with a titanal plate underfoot for edge grip and damping while the tips and tails flex freely.

A fast, durable sintered base.

This guide is for alpine (downhill) skis. Ski length depends on your height, your ability, and how you like to ski. Use this chart as a starting point, then talk to us about the ski itself: rocker, width, and turn shape all change how long a ski feels.

Quick Rule
- Beginner: ski tip around your chin. Shorter skis turn easily.
- Intermediate: tip between your nose and forehead.
- Advanced: tip around the top of your head, for stability at speed.
- Expert: about 5cm longer than advanced, for hard charging and big-mountain terrain.
Adjust For
- Go longer: heavier build, fast skiing, deep snow, lots of tip rocker.
- Go shorter: lighter build, tight trees and moguls, uphill touring.
- Telemark: if you want a ski for tele, we recommend going down about 10cm from the length you normally like.
