The Taiss ML Hooded Jacket is Mammut's Polartec Power Stretch fleece mid layer with a hood, designed for year-round days in the mountains. The 4-way stretch fleece, 92% recycled polyester and 8% spandex, is moisture wicking and quick drying. It weighs 320 g.

The trade-off is its athletic fit. It layers cleanly under a shell and moves with you, but it is snug by design, so it is not the relaxed hoodie for lounging.

It is for ski tourers, climbers and hikers who want extra warmth without extra bulk. The fitted hood sits comfortably under a helmet, and the higher-placed pockets stay reachable with a harness or backpack on.
