Shift2 16 MN 26/27

The Shift² 16 MN sits at the top of the range, developed with Daron Rahlves, Tonje Kvivik and Craig Murray, and 16 is the release ceiling. Micro AFD houses an aluminium Power Block for lateral stiffness and power transfer, the baseplate is reinforced with metal and rubber for precision and vibration absorption, and a 3-Part Power Heel handles shock and retention. The Hike and Ride Switch is full aluminium. Multi Norm Certified.

Sixteen is far more retention than most skiers will ever dial in, and it is the heaviest binding in the Shift range. If your settings land in single digits you are carrying weight and paying for a ceiling you will not use.

For heavy or genuinely expert skiers hitting big terrain, where pre-release is the risk worth engineering against. Most people are better served by the 13.

Brake width clears the ski waist by 0 to 15mm. It takes every normed boot sole, and we will check the whole interface when we mount it.

If you ski at the level this was built for, it is the most capable hybrid binding made.
