Snowsaw

A 35cm saw that cuts snow, ice, and wood. That length is the right one for isolating a column for stability tests, which is most of what you will use it for.

The blade carries laser-etched markings every 5cm so you can cut to a measurement rather than eyeballing it. A sheath keeps it from shredding the inside of your pack.

The lower stud is made in both 14mm and 16mm so it threads into BCA Scepter poles and most other adjustable touring poles. Glass-filled nylon handle. This is required kit for most avalanche courses.
