The Dawn Patrol 15 is a compact 15 liter pack purpose-built for short missions off-piste, all-day lift laps and big freeride lines. The main body fabrics are 100% post-consumer recycled, and it weighs 910 g.
A separate, easily accessed snow safety pocket keeps your avalanche kit organized, and an oversized insulated shoulder pocket holds a hydration tube, soft flask or radio. The trade-off is volume: 15 liters covers safety gear, snacks, water and a spare layer, but it is not the pack for full-day tours with lots of clothing.
It is for resort skiers who duck the ropes and sidecountry riders who want their gear on their back without a bulky pack. The form-fitting suspension with snow-shedding fabric hugs your body, and the main zippered panel opens wide for quick access.
Available in S/M for torso lengths of 16 to 19 inches and M/L for 18.5 to 21.5 inches. A tuck-away diagonal ski carry or vertical snowboard carry handles the bootpack, and there is an internal zippered pocket with a key clip plus attachment points for helmet and piolet.
We think this is a perfect everyday freeride pack for Vermont, small enough for the lift line and ready for a quick lap out the gate.
