Freeride Baskets 26/27

The Freeride Baskets are a 75 mm version of Black Diamond's Powder Basket, built for inbounds ripping. They are made from 100% EVA, weigh 22 g and are sold in pairs.

A 75 mm basket sits in the middle ground: more float than a small race-style basket when the snow is soft, without the bulk of a full 100 mm powder basket. The trade-off is that on the deepest backcountry days, the bigger Powder Baskets will keep your poles from punching through.

These are for resort skiers who want a bit more support on powder mornings and soft bumps, and anyone who has lost or broken a basket and wants a durable replacement. They are an easy, inexpensive way to freshen up a pair of poles for the season.

One pair per package, 75 mm diameter. Bring your poles by the shop if you want us to check the fit before you head out.
