The Hagan Boost 105 is the freeride ski of Hagan's Boost series, with a 105mm waist and a freeride rocker profile. A karuba and poplar core is reinforced with titanal under the binding and Kevlar in the tip and tail, wrapped in a 3D cap with an ABS semi sidewall.
Hagan built it to be downhill oriented, wide but easy to turn in both short and long arcs. The trade-off is more weight on the skin track than Hagan's narrower touring skis, at 1,480 to 1,700g per ski.
It suits tourers and freeriders who mainly ski open terrain and want powder performance first. Skiers who prioritize the climb will be happier on a Core Carbon or Ultra.
Lengths are 171, 177 and 185cm, with the radius growing from 21 to 23m. The Tail Lock skin mount uses a bracket at the tip and a clasp at the tail.
For powder days and big backcountry descents, the Boost 105 is a playful, capable ski that makes deep snow a blast.

Quick Rule
- Beginner: ski tip around your chin. Shorter skis turn easily.
- Intermediate: tip between your nose and forehead.
- Advanced: tip around the top of your head, for stability at speed.
- Expert: about 5cm longer than advanced, for hard charging and big-mountain terrain.
Adjust For
- Go longer: heavier build, fast skiing, deep snow, lots of tip rocker.
- Go shorter: lighter build, tight trees and moguls, uphill touring.
- Telemark: if you want a ski for tele, we recommend going down about 10cm from the length you normally like.
