Hestra Army Leather Heli Ski 3-Finger Glove 26/27

The Hestra Army Leather Heli Ski 3-Finger Glove takes the glove Hestra built for western Canadian ski guides and adds more warmth with a 3-finger design. It is sewn in durable Army goat leather with a three-layer polyamide backhand that is windproof and breathable, with G-Loft insulation and a removable 3-finger Bemberg fleece liner.

The 3-finger design trades a little dexterity for warmth. Hestra rates it 7 out of 8 for warmth and 4 out of 8 for mobility, with a free index finger so you can still work zippers, buckles and bindings.

It is for skiers who run cold but want more control than a mitt. The liner swaps out if it gets damp, the long collar has a snowlock, and a Velcro wrist strap keeps warmth inside. A wrist strap, an included carabiner and a leather eyelet on the pinky let you hang it upside down on your pants or harness.
