The Hestra Fall Line Glove is a short-cuff leather ski glove built for freeriders and snowboarders. The outer is impregnated cowhide with outseams in the palm for comfort and a tighter pole grip, and a removable brushed polyester liner sits inside with G-Loft insulation and foam for warmth and stability.
The trade-off of the short design is less coverage than a gauntlet. In return, the neoprene cuff with Velcro closure slides smoothly under your jacket sleeve, so there is nothing bulky at the wrist. Hestra rates it 5 out of 8 for warmth and 6 out of 8 for mobility, a warm glove that still lets you work buckles and zippers.
It is for skiers who split their days between the resort and a little hiking off the lift, and who want a durable leather glove that handles both. A wrist strap and carabiner come with it, so the gloves stay with you on the chair and clip to your pack when they are off.
Hestra sizes gloves by number, and the liner comes out to dry and wash between ski days. Stop by and we will help you find the right size.
We think the Fall Line is one of the best all-around leather ski gloves made, and it only gets better as the leather breaks in.
