The Boot Trekker is Kulkea's best seller and the bag the rest of the line is built around. 70 litres, with boot pockets taking up to a Mondo 31 and a helmet sling that deploys off the outside to free up interior space or tucks away for air travel. Contoured shoulder straps, adjustable sternum strap and a fully removable waist belt. Vents and drain grommets handle the water that comes off wet gear, and corner bumpers take the abuse.

Seventy litres is a lot of bag. Loaded with boots, helmet, layers and lunch it gets heavy, and it is more than you need if you are walking from the car park to the lodge and no further.
