The Mammut Nirvana 35 is a freeride and ski touring pack built for big days and lift-assisted laps. A 270 degree zippered back panel opens the main compartment fully, and a separate compartment keeps your shovel, probe and avalanche tools organized and quick to reach.
The trade-off is size. At 35 liters and about 1,400 grams it carries more than a day-tour pack, so it suits full kits and longer days rather than fast, minimal laps.
It is a great match for skiers and splitboarders who carry extra layers, food and safety gear, and for anyone heading out on longer tours or hut days.
Skis attach diagonally or A-frame, splitboards and snowboards carry on the front, and an internal sleeve fits the Mammut Back Protector. It is hydration compatible and measures about 24 by 60 by 30 cm. This listing covers Marsh-Black and Strata-Black.
We love the Nirvana 35 as a do-everything winter pack that keeps safety gear organized and the rest within reach.
