Griffon X 13 26/27

The Griffon X 13 is Marker's new freeride binding, the lighter, more agile little brother of the Griffon X MWerks, tuned for skiers who want maximum fun without sacrificing performance. It has a 4 to 13 DIN range, weighs 1,045 g and sits at a 14 mm stand height, the lowest of Marker's freeski bindings.

High-tech plastics in the heel and toe cut weight and sharpen responsiveness, and the low stand height gives direct edge feel and control. The trade-off is that a lighter, playful binding is built for all-mountain fun rather than the heaviest, hardest-charging skiers, and Marker recommends it for skiers under 120 kg.

It is for skiers who carve groomers in the morning and explore the park and pipe in the afternoon. The Triple Pivot Elite X toe, Inter Pivot X heel with an ultra-compact metal frame, Anti-Ice Rail and fully integrated X Brake round out the build.

It fits alpine and GripWalk boots with sole lengths from 240 to 370 mm and offers 20 mm of heel adjustment. Brake widths are 90, 105 and 120 mm; we are happy to match the right brake to your skis at the shop.

We think the Griffon X 13 is a fantastic all-mountain binding, light, lively and built for making every run a little more playful.
