The Kid's Adjustable Pole is mountainFLOW's adjustable kids' ski pole that comes with its own design kit. The poles adjust from 80 to 105 cm, which mountainFLOW says works for kids roughly 3'4" to 5'0", and they are made from recycled aluminum with a 95% smaller carbon footprint than virgin aluminum.

A barrel lock makes adjustment easy and secure: twist to loosen, set the length and twist to tighten. The trade-off is that kids grow out of everything eventually, but an adjustable pole buys several seasons instead of one.
