The Speedmachine 3 120 BOA Cuff takes Speedmachine performance to the next level with an all-new BOA closure on the cuff and two micro-adjust aluminum buckles on the lower shell. Its Tri Force cuff was redesigned to fit the BOA system, giving the highest precision in the Speedmachine family to date. It has a 100 mm last, a 120 flex, a bimaterial PU shell and cuff and an enhanced 3D Cork Fit Primaloft liner. It weighs 1920 g per boot.
The trade-off of a 120 flex is that it is built for strong skiers. It delivers power and precision, while lighter or less aggressive skiers will be happier in a softer boot.
It is for advanced skiers who want the wrapping power of BOA with the stability of traditional buckles below. The BOA cuff delivers a uniform, pressure-free fit and lets you buckle down faster.
100 mm medium last, a 45 mm strap and GripWalk Extra-Grip soles, with a fully customizable shell and liner. Come see us for a boot fitting to get the size right.
We think the Speedmachine 3 120 BOA Cuff is a fantastic all-mountain boot for skiers who want power, precision and comfort in one package.
Ski boots are sized in Mondopoint, based on the length of your foot in centimeters. The chart below is a general reference for converting between sizing systems.
This chart is not a fitting. The only way to know your ski boot size is to be fit in person, either with a Boot Fitting at our shop or from a professional fitting you have had elsewhere. Sizing, shape, and volume vary by brand and model, and a performance fit is snugger than your street shoe. Unworn boots can be returned under our return policy, but a boot that doesn't fit can be a big hassle for your trip if you haven't tried it on.

Half Sizes
Ski boots are built with one shell for each full and half size, so a 27 and a 27.5 are the same boot with a different liner or footboard. That is why sizes are listed together, like 27/27.5.
Very few models differ from this. Scarpa is the main exception, pairing sizes the other way (for example, 26.5/27 share a shell). When a model is sized differently, we call it out on that product's page.
