Norrona uses equaliser stretch nylon because it is the most durable, lightweight fiber in its lineup—quick-drying, abrasion-resistant, and soft next to skin. Integrated elastane ensures flexibility, a snug fit, and freedom of movement over technical ground. Around the lower legs, lightweight flex1 softshell reinforcement resists rocks, branches, and trail debris without compromising breathability or mobility.

The primary fabric is a 65% recycled nylon / 35% elastane blend (190 g/m²), offering stretch, support, and solid moisture control. On the back of the legs, a lighter 170 g/m² panel (82% recycled nylon / 18% elastane) increases airflow and comfort. Reinforcements use a 200 g/m² double-woven flex1 fabric made from 64% recycled polyamide, 20% recycled polyester, and 16% elastane—treated with a PFC-free DWR to shed light moisture.

Thoughtful trail features include: two stretch thigh pockets for gels or small essentials, two open hip pockets, and a secure zippered back pocket for valuables. A chafe-free elastic waistband with internal adjustment ensures a secure fit, while ankle zips allow for easy on/off over shoes. Reflective logos enhance visibility in low light.
