Free Rider 20 S 26/27

The Free Rider 20 S is a compact, close-fitting 20 liter freeride pack with a short back length, built from 100% recycled 400D polyamide. It won an ISPO Award Gold in 2021, and it sits snug against your back with soft back pads that follow the movement of your spine.

A flat, elasticated Clasp Flex Belt gives control and support when you ski hard. The trade-off is size: 20 liters is plenty for safety gear, a layer and lunch, but not the pack for long tours or overnights.

It is for freeride skiers who want full freedom of movement and a pack that stays put in steep terrain. A separate safety compartment holds your emergency gear, the main compartment opens from the front and back, and it is compatible with the Clasp Spine Protector, sold separately.

The short back length suits smaller torsos. Carry options include diagonal ski carry with two ice axe fixations, side snowboard or snowshoe carry and a rope attachment, plus compression straps, a helmet net, an emergency card slot and hydration compatibility.

We think it is one of the best small freeride packs going, stable, simple and made for charging the steeps.
