The Fleece Light Glove is a lightweight merino fleece glove made for ski touring. The outer fabric is 67% polyester, 26% merino and 7% elastane, with goatskin leather inserts on the palm, and the fine merino fibers keep it soft on the skin and warm even when wet.

It is highly breathable, quick drying and wind- and water-resistant, which makes it ideal for working hard uphill. The trade-off is that a light fleece glove is not built for deep cold or wet snow, so on the descent or a stormy day you will want a warmer glove or mitt in the pack.

Ortovox rates it top marks for ski touring and strong for high-altitude tours. It is for touring skiers who want a breathable glove for the skin track and transitions. If you need one glove for cold chairlift rides, choose something insulated.
