The Ortovox Tour Rider 28 S is a light touring pack sized for riders with a shorter torso. This one is Dark Blood.
It has 28 liters of space split across seven compartments, including a separate safety compartment for your shovel and probe so avalanche gear is quick to reach. You can get into the main compartment from the front or the back, and there is a map pocket.
Carry options cover skis with the diagonal D-Skifix, plus snowboards and snowshoes. Two ice axe or pole loops, a removable helmet net, a compression strap and a chest strap with an alarm whistle round it out. It is hydration compatible. The hydration bladder stows in a back section that folds open.
It is made from PFC-free 600D polyester and weighs about 860g.
It is a great everyday touring pack for shorter skiers who want everything organized and easy to reach.
