Leaflet Crampons 80

This 80mm ski crampon is made by Plum in France for the Salomon MTN, Atomic Backland and Armada Tracer bindings. Plum is known for precise, well-made tech binding hardware, and this crampon fits these bindings perfectly.

It is aluminum and stainless steel and weighs about 110g. It slides in vertically from the top, which makes it easy to install, and grooves in the pivot axle center it without the plastic clip that ships with the binding.

Ski crampons give you grip on icy, firm skin tracks where skins alone start to slip. They bite into hard snow on traverses and steep kick turns, giving you confidence when the skin track turns to ice. They are light enough to carry on every tour.

Choose a crampon width that matches your ski's waist. This one is 80mm, a good match for narrow touring and skimo skis.

It is essential gear for spring tours and firm, icy mornings.
