The Salomon Shift Pro 130 AT is a four-buckle freeride boot built to ski hard and still tour. It runs a 100mm medium last and a 130 flex, with a polyamide shell using Salomon's XeCarb CoreFrame and a polyolefin cuff with a polyamide spine. Tech inserts are built into the shell, and the sole pairs Contagrip rubber with GripWalk pads.
The trade-off is that this is a downhill boot first. The Surelock ski/walk mechanism and the hiking hooks on the cuff buckles help on the skin track, but a dedicated touring boot will be lighter and move more freely on long approaches.
It suits advanced and expert skiers who charge on and off piste and want one boot for lift days and shorter tours. Skiers who mostly log big uphill miles will likely be happier in something lighter.
Inside is Salomon's My Custom Fit 3D seamless liner with a walk function, and the shell can be heat molded for extra room where you need it. Four micro-adjustable aluminum buckles and a 45mm power strap lock things down. Come see us for a boot fitting to get the size right.
We think the Shift Pro 130 AT is a great pick for skiers who want real stiffness on the way down and a workable walk mode for sidecountry laps.
Ski boots are sized in Mondopoint, based on the length of your foot in centimeters. The chart below is a general reference for converting between sizing systems.
This chart is not a fitting. The only way to know your ski boot size is to be fit in person, either with a Boot Fitting at our shop or from a professional fitting you have had elsewhere. Sizing, shape, and volume vary by brand and model, and a performance fit is snugger than your street shoe. Unworn boots can be returned under our return policy, but a boot that doesn't fit can be a big hassle for your trip if you haven't tried it on.

Half Sizes
Ski boots are built with one shell for each full and half size, so a 27 and a 27.5 are the same boot with a different liner or footboard. That is why sizes are listed together, like 27/27.5.
Very few models differ from this. Scarpa is the main exception, pairing sizes the other way (for example, 26.5/27 share a shell). When a model is sized differently, we call it out on that product's page.
