The Scarpa T4 is a telemark touring boot for backcountry skiers who want simple, reliable gear. It is a classic 75mm boot built for light-duty touring and making telemark turns in untracked snow.
It pairs classic telemark flex and comfort with modern materials. The shell, cuff and tongue are Pebax, light and lively, with ergonomic bellows that flex smoothly through every turn. A longitudinal torsion frame adds lateral stability so the boot holds an edge better than its weight suggests.
The T4 Tour ski/walk mechanism frees the cuff for long climbs and locks it down for the descent. Two buckles keep it quick to get in and out of, and the Intuition Cross Fit BC liner is heat moldable for a personal fit and warm feet. A Vibram Print outsole grips well on the walk to the trailhead.
It runs on a 102mm last with an 80 flex and 16 degree forward lean, and it weighs about 1,340 grams per boot in a size 27. It works with 75mm telemark bindings.
It is a great boot for anyone getting into telemark, and for skiers who want an easy, comfortable tele setup for touring.
Ski boots are sized in Mondopoint, based on the length of your foot in centimeters. The chart below is a general reference for converting between sizing systems.
This chart is not a fitting. The only way to know your ski boot size is to be fit in person, either with a Boot Fitting at our shop or from a professional fitting you have had elsewhere. Sizing, shape, and volume vary by brand and model, and a performance fit is snugger than your street shoe. Unworn boots can be returned under our return policy, but a boot that doesn't fit can be a big hassle for your trip if you haven't tried it on.

Conversions are approximate and can differ by half a size between brands.
Ski boots are built with one shell for each full and half size, so a 27 and a 27.5 are the same boot with a different liner or footboard. That is why sizes are listed together, like 27/27.5.
Very few models differ from this. Scarpa is the main exception, pairing sizes the other way (for example, 26.5/27 share a shell). When a model is sized differently, we call it out on that product's page.
