Designed for technical mountain missions, the Zodiac Tech GTX offers the performance trusted by alpine guides and rescue professionals—now with a women’s-specific fit. This lightweight, leather boot strikes a balance between precision and protection, ideal for traversing exposed ridgelines, alpine scrambles, and glacial terrain.

The 1.8mm Perwanger® Nepal suede upper is crafted with a specialized tanning process that bonds water-repellent treatments directly to the leather fibers, maintaining breathability without sacrificing durability. A GORE-TEX® lining ensures waterproof performance in variable mountain conditions.

At the core of the boot is Scarpa’s Bascula Adaptive System (BAS)—a dual-density PU midsole that allows outsole lugs to independently adapt to the ground beneath your feet. This flexibility delivers improved traction and contact on uneven surfaces, while reducing foot fatigue on long days. An external molded heel counter locks in the rear foot, enhancing stability and control on technical ground.

Paired with a Vibram® BAS Precision Cramp outsole, the Zodiac Tech GTX is also semi-automatic crampon compatible, making it a reliable option for mixed alpine objectives where weather and terrain demand confidence underfoot.
