The Stanley AeroLight Transit Bottle is a 16-ounce flip-top travel mug built with Stanley's AeroLight spun-steel construction, which Stanley says is significantly lighter than standard stainless steel. It is double-wall vacuum insulated 18/8 stainless steel, keeping drinks hot for 5 hours, cold for 8 hours and iced for 25 hours, and it weighs about half a pound.

The trade-off for a light, slim mug is capacity and burliness. It is built for the commute and the car, not for being dropped down a rock face.

The leakproof Flip Top lid means you can toss it in a bag, and silicone lid tabs and footpad keep it quiet when you open it or set it down. It fits most car cupholders and is dishwasher safe and BPA-free.

The lid fits all Stanley products with size 1 lids.

We love it for the morning drive up the Mountain Road with coffee that stays hot until the first chair.
