The Strafe Alpha Direct Insulator is a light, breathable active insulation jacket for high-output days on the skin track. This one is Larkspur in size Medium.
It uses 90g Polartec Alpha Direct insulation, which gives lightweight warmth with real breathability so you can keep it on while moving. The shell is a 20D ripstop nylon with 2-way stretch and a C6 DWR, with 4-way stretch cuffs.
Forward shoulder seams and extended side panels make it pack friendly, and a full-length interior windguard adds protection. Zippered hand and chest pockets, an interior mesh electronics sleeve and large interior drop pockets carry the essentials. It also works well under a shell on cold resort days.
It has a standard fit with a hem drawcord. It is hip length with YKK Coil and Vislon zippers.
It is a great mid layer for cold mornings skinning up and quick transitions at the top.
